Add the bot to your chat
Open @ultimate_tag_bot in Telegram and add it to the group you want, with admin rights.
Create a tag
Send /add_tag all @me @he @she @they — a tag name
followed by everyone who belongs to it. Make as many as you need:
design, backend, all.
Use it in a message
Write Hey @all and the bot replies with the mentions
for everyone in that tag — so they all get a notification.

Open the list of keytags in this chat and manage them.
/new_keytag [name]
Create an empty keytag, for example /new_keytag all.
/add_tag [keytag] [tags…]
Add people to a keytag. Shortened to /atg; creates the
keytag automatically if it does not exist yet.
/remove_tag [keytag] [tags…]
Take people out of a keytag. Shortened to /rtg.
/tag [keytag]
Ping everyone in a keytag directly, without writing a message.
/delete_keytag [keytag]
Delete a keytag along with every tag inside it.
